Dory Anderson Account Manager
Dory has spent nearly 30 years in public relations at multi-national and boutique PR firms. She’s created and executed dozens of award-winning brand marketing campaigns for both B2B and consumer brands across many different categories.
In addition to leading overall communication strategies for clients, Dory has an expertise in “influencing the influencers” through thought leadership campaigns, brand ambassador programs, social media programs, and media relations strategies for clients in the AEC industry and other industries. In addition to strategy, she manages a variety of content development assignments ranging from executive presentations to thought leadership articles to social media content.
Dory’s extensive agency experience has primarily focused on the AEC, building products and design industries. Her clients have included Schimenti Construction, Pape-Dawson Engineers, Pulte Homes, California Redwood Association, Andersen Windows, Rider Levett Bucknall, Smartlam Cross Laminate Timber, TEA2 Architects, Intereum (the Midwest’s largest Herman Miller dealer) and Whirlpool Corporation. Other major client experience includes DTN, Noodles & Company, Dunkin Brands, United Health Care, Discover Boating and many others. She previously worked at public relations agencies including Bozell Worldwide and Carmichael Lynch Spong, where she led the home and garden practice group.
Dory earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications and Political Science from North Dakota State University. A life-long horse lover, Dory competitively showed Quarter Horses, and now focuses on volunteering with an equine-therapy program and fostering retired show horses.
